POSITION SUMMARY

Clean Nutra is looking for a Director of Supply Chain & Logistics to own and run our supply chain function during a critical scaling phase. We're a $150M+ supplement company scaling toward $1B, selling across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Shopify, with 250+ SKUs and 15,000+ orders shipping daily. This role is responsible for the full logistics and distribution engine that keeps that volume moving — 3PL and freight performance, co-manufacturer coordination, and multi-channel inventory flow — and currently has direct line of sight to the entire supply chain team, reporting straight to the Co-Founders.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll own execution across our logistics and distribution network: 3PL relationships, freight and transportation, and the physical flow of inventory across Amazon FBA (domestic and international), TikTok Shop (FBT), Walmart (WFS), Shopify, and our in-house warehouse. You’ll also manage our co-manufacturer relationships directly — production scheduling, capacity planning, and quality/compliance oversight — which requires regular travel to co-manufacturer facilities.

This is a senior leadership seat. You’ll oversee the broader supply chain team — supply planning, master data, and international operations — and report directly to the Co-Founders. This is a build-and-own role: real ownership from day one, with a company that moves fast and rewards decisive execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Logistics & 3PL Management

• Own 3PL relationships end-to-end — contract negotiation, SLA and KPI monitoring, performance reviews, and escalation resolution
• Manage carrier selection, freight rate negotiation, and route optimization across inbound and outbound freight
• Own logistics cost and performance metrics: OTIF, freight cost-to-serve, fulfillment SLAs, and inventory turns

Co-Manufacturer & Production Coordination

• Manage co-manufacturer relationships, including production scheduling alignment, capacity planning, and quality/compliance oversight
• Travel regularly to co-manufacturer facilities to oversee production, resolve issues on-site, and strengthen key partnerships
• Partner with Quality & Regulatory to ensure lot traceability, COA management, and recall readiness across co-manufactured products

Multi-Channel Distribution

• Oversee inventory flow and distribution network design across Amazon FBA (domestic and international), TikTok Shop (FBT), Walmart (WFS), Shopify, and in-house warehouse operations
• Ensure platform compliance and inbound prep standards are met across all channels

Team & Function Leadership

• Lead and develop the broader supply chain team, including supply planning, master data, and international operations functions
• Serve as the senior supply chain leader reporting directly to the Co-Founders, providing visibility and recommendations on network performance and priorities
• Own the ERP (Cin7) and WMS systems relevant to logistics and distribution, driving process and system improvements as the company scales

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or distribution experience, including director-level leadership managing managers
• Direct experience managing 3PL relationships, freight/carrier negotiation, and co-manufacturer or contract production partners
• Experience in multi-channel eCommerce or CPG — Amazon, Walmart, DTC/Shopify, or comparable marketplace and retail exposure
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to co-manufacturer facilities
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership

Preferred

• Supplement, nutraceutical, or food/beverage industry background, including familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 111, lot traceability, and FEFO discipline
• Experience with ERP systems (Cin7 or equivalent) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop as a sales channel

COMPETENCIES

• Executive-level negotiation with 3PLs, carriers, and co-manufacturers
• Financial acumen — cost-to-serve, freight budgeting, working capital impact
• Cross-functional leadership across operations, planning, and quality/regulatory teams
• Comfortable leading a function independently, with direct visibility to company leadership
• Decisive, hands-on problem-solving under real operational pressure
